#1 SONG - JESUS WAS KIND
CLICK FOR LINK TO MUSIC - JESUS WAS KIND
(lyrics)
Jesus was kind, Jesus was good; he helped in the special ways he could.
He made sick people well again; Jesus showed God’s love.
Jesus was kind, Jesus was good; he helped in the special ways he could.
He made the blind man see again; Jesus showed God’s love.
Jesus was kind, Jesus was good; he helped in the special ways he could.
He made the lame to walk and run; Jesus showed God’s love.
Jesus was kind, Jesus was good; he helped in the special ways he could.
He fed the hungry crowd who came; Jesus showed God’s love.

#2 SONG - THE MIRACLE (K-5)
LINK TO MUSIC
(lyrics)
Spoken during introduction: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son; that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Jesus walked upon the water. He stilled the storm and calmed the angry sea. With His hands He healed the leper. He made the lame to walk, the blind to see. He fed five thousand people with a loaf or two of bread. And when the ruler’s daughter died, He raised her from the dead.
Jesus is a God of miracles. Nothing is at all impossible to Him.
But I know this: of all His miracles, the most incredible must be the miracle that rescues me.
Jesus bled and died to save me. A price that I could never pay alone. When He rose again, He gave me the greatest gift the world has ever known.
Yes, I can be forgiven every time that I repent. And some day He will life me up to live with Him again.
Jesus is a God of miracles. Nothing is at all impossible to Him.
But I know this: of all His miracles, the most incredible must be the miracle that rescues me.
The miracle that rescues you and me.

Groove #2 – (MARACAS) How could Jesus feed the people?
Reader #2 (Kerrigan) The disciples complained, “Six months’ wages would not be enough to buy even a little bit for them to eat.” But one of the disciples said, “There is a child here who has five loaves of bread and two fish. But how will that feed so many people?”
Groove #3 – (CLAVES) Five loaves and two fish.
Reader #3 (Mobley). Jesus made all the people sit down. The child offered his loaves and fish. Jesus took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed them to all the people who had gathered – about 5,000 in all! Then he did the same with the fish.

Reader #4 – (need to assign). After everyone had eaten their fill, Jesus told the disciples to gather the fragments left over. The leftover food filled twelve baskets.
