Giving

The mission of St. Simons Presbyterian Church is to celebrate God through fellowship, worship, and serving others. One of the ways we serve is by offering to God and neighbor our individual gifts of time, talent, and resources. There are several ways to give financially to the church:

  • Online: You may donate online directly.
  • Scheduled bank pay: you can set up a regular schedule with your bank to mail a check to the church.
  • Sunday morning offering: you can place your offering in the offering boxes located at the entrance to the sanctuary on Sunday mornings.
  • Mail:  you can mail your offerings to the church office.

2022 Stewardship Season

Dear Friends,

This year is significant because it marks seventy-five years since our founding as a church. For three-quarters of a century now your generosity and the generosity of countless others before has allowed St. Simons Presbyterian to live out its mission of being a faithful witness to God’s steadfast love both here in Glynn County and beyond. In our worship, our mission, our study, and our fellowship, we are a community of faith that has and continues to strive to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ for one another and for the world around us.

Generosity is in our DNA as a community. Over the years, your investment in the ministry through gifts of time, talent, and resources has helped to transform not only our community but also countless lives for the better. And so our stewardship focus for 2022 is an invitation to join us in looking ahead and wondering how our generosity now might serve to grow the impact of our church even more in the next seventy-five years. How might God use our giving in this season to feed the hungry, care for the sick, and equip disciples for this next season the life of our church?

The financial commitment of our members and friends is critical for making that work possible. No matter how much or how little you are able to give, a pledge in any amount helps us to plan more responsibly for the future mission and ministry of the church.

Peace,
Alan
