Sonshine for the Soul is a new ministry at St Simons Presbyterian Church that focuses on residents in skilled care/long-term nursing, and hospice care.

The recipients are church members and a few designated others at Magnolia Manor who have no family/friend connections.
The committee gathers the 3rd Friday at 4:00 pm at church to plan how we can bring a little of God’s sunshine to their day through small gifts and cards of love from SSPC.
Once a month in teams, we deliver these gifts and try to spend a short time visiting with them face-to-face, if possible.
We also hope to coordinate visitation with the same resident over time to make a more personal connection and keep them informed/involved with their church family.
