BRIDGE Day Trip to Cumberland Island
For SSPRES Family & Friends Come join us on a SSPC family outing to Cumberland Island! We are going to take the 8:00AM ferry from St. Mary's to Cumberland Island where we will enjoy a guided tour with OneHundredMiles educator Stephanie Chewning. With wide open beaches and fields, beautiful nature and horses it's perfect for all ages. We will take the 2:45PM ferry back to St Marys. While this trip is open to all ages, please know we will be walking on rough terrain and a little over 5 miles. Due to the sand dunes and natural trails, strollers are not ideal for this trip. (Baby/toddler wearing is great alternative). Plan to arrive 30 min to ferry departure. Bring a backpack with a packed lunch, snacks, water bottles, bug spray etc. There are bathrooms and water bottle fill stations throughout the walking path we will take.
Deadline to signup is May 31st Payments can be made through Venmo @sspres or dropped off in the Church office M-F from 9AM to 4PM Contact Madelynne Risi with Questions |
