VBS Volunteer Registration is open now! We will be following Covid-19 Guidelines for camps and will need to have plenty of adult/youth volunteers to provide a safe and healthy environment. Please consider being a volunteer!
VBS Participant Registration for SSPC Members (and frequent guests) will be from April 18-30. Registration to the public will open May 1. Space will be limited so be sure you register your children early!

VBS Health Guidelines 2021
1- Must be preregistered by Friday, June 4. No late registrations or drop ins. 2- Limit age to 4 and up (should be 4 years old by Sep 1, 2021). 3- Must sign a COVID Waiver at check-in (available to download when registering).
VBS General Health/Safety Guidelines: 1- To limit number of people each person comes in contact with, children will be divided into color- coded Teams of 12 or less. Maximum number of children will be 108 (9 teams of 12 or less). 2- Please stay home if child has ANY sickness symptoms. 3- Everyone will have a temperature check (must be below 100.4) and symptom check at arrival. 4- Each Team will have a designated Team Room in the preschool building for restrooms, washing hands and eating snack/lunch. 5- Masks will be worn by everyone when indoors except in designated Team Room and eating. 6- Every child will be given a VBS Bag to keep their supplies separate from other participants including a provided water bottle and mask. Bags and masks will remain at VBS and sent home last day. Masks will be laundered and returned to your child at check in each morning. 7- Each Team will travel together to VBS stations alternating inside and outside activities to prevent indoor time from exceeding 30 minutes at a time. 8- Snacks and Lunch will be prepackaged individual servings and be served to each Team in their Team Room. Please be sure to list any allergies on registration! 9- Travel patterns in and out and through building will be clearly marked to limit Teams close contact with other Teams. 10-No parents or visitors on church campus during VBS. Check In and Out will be in a car line on Delegal.
Additional Health/Safety Guidelines for Volunteers
1 - If over 65 and not fully vaccinated, please be aware of risks! 2 – Masks or shields will be required when indoors. 3- Volunteers will have a temperature check upon arrival. 4- Volunteers will “work” in small groups of 6 or less except for Leaders of a Team which could have a max of 14 (12 children, 2 volunteers). 4- Volunteers who lead a group inside will be physically distant from groups of children and wear a face mask or shield. 5- Inside activities will allow disinfecting time between groups of Teams. 6- Supplies for the VBS activity will be divided for one child use OR at least divided by color-coded Team. 7- Opening and closing assembly will have separate areas for Teams clearly marked and will be less than 30 minutes. 8- Food will be served to Teams in a designated room. Other Volunteers will have a separate eating area outside.
