Help us welcome the Rhodes at our Church’s 78th Birthday!
 
Just as Abraham looked into the sky many many years ago and saw God’s future family, we want to share who we are as a church family to the Rhodes. 
 
We are planning to surprise Rev. Rhodes & her family by decorating the Social Hall with a multitude of stars! On these stars will be photos and phrases that help to introduce our congregation to them. Each star will feature an individual, a couple or a whole family... you choose!
 
Complete the following information in short sentences or phrases, sharing a few unique facts about you or your family. Be sure to include photos below! ​Pictures and fun facts about yourself can also be dropped off with Donna in the front office.

• Before hitting submit, you have the option to attach up to 4 pictures to the form. These could be selfies, family pics, pets, or snapshots of your favorite activity!

NOTE: If can't find a picture that you love or maybe you're not a huge fan of technology, we've got you covered! On Sunday, September 15, Ada Owens will be available to take your picture between 9AM-10:30AM in the Gathering Room, located between the Sanctuary and the Social Hall.
