Youth ministry programs at SSPC foster faith development and spiritual growth.  Sunday School classes, fellowship, mission trips and other events provide a variety of opportunities for youth to demonstrate and articulate their faith in the church, the community and the world.

Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Graders* (Mid-Highs) – Sunday night at 4:00 PM we meet in the Youth Suite for fellowship. This is a time to gather for a huge variety of activities from offsite outreach and mission work to in-house games and recreation. Mid-High Youth Group moves into Youth Worship at 5:30 and then to supper at 6:00.

NEW for 2011-2012 - Youth Worship (Grades 6-12) - All youth meet in the youth suite at 5:30 on Sunday for a time of worship. We explore ways of expressing our love for God through music, drama, dance, video, and Scripture. If you play any instruments, we'd love to have you help lead worship. Talk to Pastor Troy about how you can help lead worship.

Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth Graders *(Senior Highs) – Sunday night at 5:30 PM we meet together for Youth Worship in the Youth Suite.  Supper follows in the Britt Room at 6:00 and then Senior Highs head back to the Youth Suite at 6:30 PM. This is a time to gather for a huge variety of activities from offsite outreach and mission work to in-house games and recreation. We are usually finished by 8:00 PM.

Sunday school starts at 10:05 AM following a delicious breakfast in the Youth Suite at 9:45 AM. We spend time reading scripture, acting out scripture, asking questions, playing games, watching videos and finding many ways in which our faith intersects our daily living. This class is using the Spice Rack Curriculum by Mark DeVries.
