Worship is at the heart of SSPC's mission and witness. We gather every Sunday to sit at the feet of God's Word, to sing our joyful praise of God, to confess our sins, to be reminded of God's mercy, and to be refreshed to enter another week in service of our awesome God. Our Sunday services are essential to the growth of the life of faith at SSPC.

In a world where people shop for churches, pick worship services based upon their personal preferences, and flock to dynamic pastors, we have tried to maintain a balance between our past and present, while keeping an eye on where God is calling us. Worship at SSPC is eclectic. We sing hymns and new choruses. Our sermons are rooted in historic Christian theology and relevant to daily living. We seek to be a worshiping community that encourages people of all ages to worship God with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength.

You are warmly invited to join us for any of our activities, including worship. Our hope is that you can find a home at SSPC where your faith can be nurtured and where your joy that comes from the love of Christ can be grown.

We have two weekly worship services on Sunday mornings: 8:45 and 11:00.

Let us be the first to admit it: Going anywhere that is unfamiliar can be really hard. Going to a church you don't know may be even harder.

We don't want this to be the case at SSPC, so we are doing what we can to help you feel at home, to help you grow in your faith, and to help you form lifelong friendships with other believers. To help you feel at home on Sunday morning, here are some things you may want to know:

Parking
We have ample parking around the entire facility, but our largest parking lot is in the very back of the facility, by the preschool.

Nursery
We have a fully staffed nursery for ages 0-5 throughout Sunday mornings. The nursery is located in the children's building. We recommend parking in the rear lot by the preschool for easiest access to the nursery. To learn more about the nursery, click here.

Dress
We believe that God cares more about what's in our hearts than what's on our bodies, so please come to church dressed how you want to be dressed. While here, you will surely run into people wearing suits and others wearing shorts. Come as you are. We want you here.

Worship Style
Our services typically last about one hour and follow a fairly consistent order. Our music tends to be traditional, but don't be surprised to hear a wide variety of musical styles from week to week. We think God is honored with variety.
